Revealing the feeling is the Beginning of Healing

“Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgive each other,  just as in Christ God forgave you.” Ephesians 4:31-32

We all at some point have been wounded. Some small wounds others deep wounds. While meditating today I asked a couple of questions how hard is it really to forgive. To express our deep emotions over a small wound or deep wound. And we notice instead of healing we have a scab. Because we don’t say our true feelings and we also hide are feelings away from God. And not being forgiving. But God says this “Forgive each other, just as Christ God forgave you”. Just as Christ forgives us.
Our God is awesome.
Thank you Lord for your love and forgiveness.
